 Lift Empowerment will engage African American Organizations across the Country, with an emphasis on Business management, Leadership Development, Transitional skill development and Cultural diversity Awareness. 

Ensuring African American Organizations have strong, well informed transitional development plans that align with culturally diverse equity strategies to ensure healthy productive lives for Black men and Boys.

 Empower and collaborate with African American Organizations that serve young black men & boys in urban and rural settings to become more resilient and adaptable to change through effective, well-planned, culturally based transitional strategies.
